Stacey Shaheen-Bellabona

Prior to launching her career, Stacey received Juris Doctor from University of South Carolina School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Minor in Sociology, from the University of New Hampshire--graduating in three years Magna Cum Laude.  Following her graduation from UNH, Stacey attended law school in Columbia, South Carolina.  

Following Stacey’s graduation from Law School she served as a Law Clerk in the New Hampshire Supreme Court.  She then went on to practice law at Shaheen & Gordon for over a decade.

Stacey prevailed in a series of landmark cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, orally and drafting briefs. In the Matter of J. B. and J.G., No. 2008-023 (August of 2008). The decision secured important rights for individuals filing a parenting petition pursuant to RSA 461-A. Following this decision, she prevailed in a successor case before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.  In 2016, she prevailed to overturn a prenuptial agreement with assets in excess of 40 million dollars.

In 2014 and 2015 she was a nominee of Catapult's Seacoast Top Ten to Watch.

It is Stacey’s strong commitment to community and a passion for philanthropy which lead her into launching her own practice. Stacey has a practice which focuses on family office services, philanthropic advising at a local, national and international level – while still maintaining a boutique private practice in the interrelated areas of real estate and estate succession planning & family law. Stacey has worked with her client’s and Donor’s to facilitate multimillion dollar grants to various charities across the nation, both public and anonymous grants. Stacey has traveled multiple times to do humanitarian work in third world countries. She is actively involved in fundraising for a wide variety of non-profit organizations. Former State and Regional Board Member at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Formerly served as Trustee for a Private Foundation with assets totaling over 100 million dollars. Stacey is also currently of counsel at Riddell Law, PLLC.

Catherine Welch

Catherine has 30 years of legal experience.  She has worked in various areas of law, including administration law, trust and estate planning, elder care planning, accounting of trusts and estates, family law collaborative problem solving, prenuptials, divorce, custody, as well as small business operations and family office services for high net worth clients.  

Ability to organize and orchestrate the planning and execution of office and business goals as well as handle trouble-shooting for executive staff.    

Catherine has extensive experience with Appellant work both in the State of New Hampshire and State of Maine.   Catherine has assisted counsel in complex litigation for both divorce and prenuptial cases receiving favorable judgements. 

In addition, Catherine has held an Executive Position of a Private Foundation in excess of 100mm, wherein she was responsible for orchestrating multi-million dollar grants.
